Mini (Narrow Diameter) Implants
Mini (narrow diameter) implants are a reasonable alternative to a conventional implant. They’re great for replacing all missing teeth or if you’re just missing one tooth.
Mini (Narrow Diameter) Implants
Here at Taylor Brook Dental Associates, we’re proud to offer mini-dental implants (MDIs) to our patients. Mini Implants are great for securing your removable denture, removable partial, or non-removable “fixed” crowns. If you have an upper denture that annoys your palate, then you can get that part removed and use the taste buds on the roof of your mouth again!
They’re a good, budget-friendly version of a conventional implant at about half the cost. They’re great for replacing all missing teeth or just one. Patients are amazed at how painless and quick the process is! No surgery or sutures are involved. We just need to review your free complimentary CBCT scan to see if you’re a candidate!

Why use mini-dental implants?
Micro-dental implants can be used as temporary anchorage devices that don’t have the same reciprocal impact on other teeth. They can improve treatment effectiveness by concentrating movement on an individual or selected group of teeth without impacting teeth that are in a more favorable position. Unlike a dental implant, which is placed for permanent purposes, these small micro-implants are used only temporarily and will be removed before or at the completion of treatment.
